 Rikki Rockett: Nabbed on rape warranty
Rikki Rockett, better known as Poison Drummer, was taken into custody on rape warrant near Los Angeles International Airport. He was held and freed, and was waiting for the decision of extradition by Mississippi prosecutors.
The arrest was implemented on the ground of a complaint lodged by a woman in Mississippi accusing that she was being raped on 23 Sept, 2007, at the Silver Star Casino. This has been put forth by Neshoba County sheriff's investigator named Ralph Sciple. Putting the mode of complaint in words, it reads “The subject, Rikki Rockett, forcibly had sex with an adult in one of the hotel rooms".
Sciple further said the woman tried to contact the concerned authorities several days after the mishap. However he was not willing to give any further details and said presently Rikki Rockett’s case is lying at the office of the district attorney for probable jury consideration
