Amy Winehouse: Death report sent to wrong address?

Late Amy Winehouse's death report could have been sent to the wrong address.

Last Friday, a detailed dossier into the causes of the singer's death was handed into a North London police station.

A spokesman from the Scotland Yard said: "Police were informed that material relating to a forthcoming inquest may have been delivered to an incorrect address.

"Inquiries are now under way to establish the full circumstances of this matter."

Though no cause was found in her post-mortem, it is believed that Winehouse's death was not drug-related. A full inquest will be held this week.

Recently, Amy's father Mitch claimed that she was responsible for the health problems that led to her death.
