 George Clooney: New film 'Ides of March' premiered in Venice
On August 31 night, George Clooney has premiered his latest movie 'The Ides of March' in Venice.
This new political drama will open the 68th Venice Film Festival and stars Clooney as a governor with his eyes on the White House.
Ryan Gosling also stars as his spokesman who gets drawn into political corruption.
For Clooney's fourth film as a director, co-stars Marisa Tomei, Evan Rachel Wood, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Paul Giamatti were also in attendance.
Other new films like Madonna's 'W.E.' and Roman Polanski's 'Carnage' will also debut at the 2011 Venice Film Festival.
