Orlando Bloom: Looks forward to more villain roles
British star Orlando Bloom has revealed that he enjoyed playing a "bad guy" in his new film 'The Three Musketeers'.
Bloom, who recently became a father to son Flynn, admitted that he has more fun playing evil characters like the Duke of Buckingham in 'The Three Musketeers'.
"Bad guys definitely have the fun and I want to do more of that," he said, according to The Daily Record.
"The Duke of Buckingham is more of a petulant child than a swashbuckler but it was a lot of fun as it was a really different kind of character to play."
The actor explained that, he wants to move away from the type of roles for which he is known, citing his role in upcoming movie The Good Doctor as an example.
"The Good Doctor is a bit of a departure, too. I'm stepping out of what people might imagine me to be and it's challenging as it's a really dark little movie," he added.
"You wouldn't want to go and see him. But it's interesting as it's a real character-driven piece, very much about the human condition."
The 'Lord of the Rings' star has confessed that he was scared by Los Angeles in the early days of his career.
