 Oprah Winfrey: End date for show announced
Celebrated television personality Oprah Winfrey's production company has announced the airdate of the final episode of her chatshow.
Chicago-based Harpo Productions revealed that the final instalment of The Oprah Winfrey Show will air on May 25, reports The AP.
The 57-year-old's syndicated daytime chatshow premiered in 1986. It currently airs in 145 countries worldwide.
The TV host explained last month that she feels "energised" as she approaches the end of her talkshow's final season.
Oprah is expected to turn her full attention to her OWN Network after The Oprah Winfrey Show ends.
