Enrique Iglesias: Might host US 'X Factor'

Singer Enrique Iglesias has reportedly been approached to be a part of the US version of The X Factor.

The Euphoria singer has been asked to host the Fox reality show, according to 'Deadline'.

Iglesias has no previous experience as a lead presenter, but has been developing an acting career.

Over the past few years, he has appeared in TV commercials and network shows including 'Two and a Half Men' and 'How I Met Your Mother'.

This speculation follows rumours that, Island Def Jam chairman L.A. Reid has signed up as the show's first judge.

Another popular television personality, Simon Cowell, who is planning to reveal the judges this week, has promised "the best judging panel so far".
