Albert Einstein: Skull x-ray auctioned for £24,000
No wonder why he is still so popular and relevant!
Recently, an x-ray of Albert Einstein's skull has fetched 24,000 pounds, more than 20 times its expected price, at an auction.
The genius of physics and one of the most notable and important scientists of all time, Albert Einstein, had the scan in 1945, ten years before he died at 76, which has recently been auctioned.
This auction was a part of an 'Icons and Idols' auction that also saw a sequined glove worn by Michael Jackson in the 1980s sell for £191,220. A fedora worn by the Thriller singer went for £45,890. In the mean time, a jacket worn by John Lennon for a magazine cover shoot in 1966 made £153,000 at the sale in Beverly Hills.
