Josh Duhamel: Kicked out of flight for disobeying rule

Actor Josh Duhamel has reportedly been removed from a US Airways flight after refusing to turn off his BlackBerry.

The actor was flying from New York's LaGuardia Airport to Kentucky but refused to turn off the device even after multiple requests from the plane's attendants, reports TMZ.

The attendant apparently became frustrated with Duhamel - who allegedly laughed and acted "very rude" - and called for assistance as the plane was returned to the gate and two officers escorted the star from the aircraft.

However, a rep for Duhamel said: "He's sorry."
