 Adrien Brody: Wins lawsuit over Italian horror film
Popular actor Adrien Brody has won a lawsuit, which he filed against the makers of an Italian horror film.
The Hollywood star sued the producers of the movie 'Giallo' in order to stop its release.
In this lawsuit, Brody claimed that he was misled by the filmmakers, who allegedly lied to him to prevent him from walking off the set after he learned that the project was underfunded.
The 'Predators' star also suggested that he was not paid for his role in the picture, reports Reuters.
It has been ruled by a federal judge that, director Dario Argento and the producers cannot distribute the picture in the US without paying Brody.
Besdies, the judge further ruled that, they cannot use Brody's likeness to promote the movie.
