Miley Cyrus: Teen singer photographed drinking beer

17-year-old singer Miley Cyrus has been photographed drinking beer despite being underage.

This week, pictures appeared online of the underaged singer/actress holding a bottle of Corona while partying at a club in Madrid, Spain, reports TMZ.

In the USA, 18 is the legal drinking age, however, authorities told the site that teens as young as 16 are free to partake in "certain" alcohols without issue.

Earlier, it was reported that, Cyrus and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth have split up again.
