 Amy Winehouse: Back in rehab
Amy Winehouse returned to rehab last night.
The troubled singer was taken to London's Capio Nightingale Hospital by her concerned dad Mitch. As she entered the top clinic, which has reportedly treated troubled rocker Pete Doherty, she clutched a note from jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil, which read: "We'll get through this because I f***ing believe in us."
After assessments by specialists, Amy was taken home from the clinic by Mitch but she must return for regular appointments. Her spokesman said: "She is in good spirits".
Troubled soul star Amy Winehouse has been recently caught on camera in shocking new photographs showing the singer taking a cocktail of deadly substances during a recent early morning drugs binge.
Amy Winehouse was dealt another blow yesterday after her husband Blake's mother insisted they should get divorce because of the singer's bad influence on her son.
Georgette Fielder-Civil said: "I know Amy is hooked on drugs. That's her problem. Her pals are a bad influence on her and she's a bad influence on her husband.
"I hope they go their own separate ways for their own good. I believe divorce is the only answer." Blake is currently in London's Pentonville Prison, awaiting trial on charges of assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Amy Winehouse was nominated for the Mercury Prize for her debut album Frank (2003). She had also been nominated for Best British Album. Amy Winehouse has created media buzz apart from her singing due to her signature beehive hairstyle and her self-destructive behaviors. |
