Lindsay Lohan: Denies wrangle with Avril Lavigne
Much-debated actress Lindsay Lohan is denying reports that she got into a fight with Avril Lavigne in Hollywood.
As claims the New York Post, Lavigne, 25, yelled at Lohan, "Get the hell out of my face, you are fake, you are a loser" at the Chateau Marmont Hotel. "I don't like false people. Stay away from me and my friends."
The paper adds that, Lohan fumed back, "Don't threaten me!" before trying unsuccessfully to get security to kick Lavigne out.
23-year-old Lohan tells UsMagazine, "That is not true."
Lindsay, who recently posed with a gun in her mouth at a photo shoot, says she doesn't understand why she is always making headlines.
"I don't know why I am such a target, but I think there's a big misconception of who I am as a person," she told L.A's 102.7 KISS-FM. "I've just been working a lot, and it's not a crime to go out and have fun with your friends... I do realize it's silly of me to give people what they want - to see me out at night."
She allegedly hurled a drink at ex girlfriend Sam Ronson at L.A. club Trousdale in April. Ronson called her "an angry human being" the next day.
Lohan was fired from The Other Side, last month, after the director said they couldn't secure financing with her in the lead role. Her father, Michael, recently told Us he's "disgusted" with her next role, porn star Linda Lovelace, in Deep Throat.
Papa Lohan has accused her of using drugs, which she denies. Her mother, Dina, told Us Lindsay will soon seek a restraining order against her dad.
