 Jennifer Aniston: 'Deep Friendship' with Brad Pitt?
Brad Pitt says he is still friends with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston – and handled their breakup the best way he knew how.
"Jen and I still maintain a deep friendship and have a lot of life together that isn't erased in any way," the actor tells V magazine of the couple's four-and-a-half year union, which ended in 2005.
"I don't know how better to have handled [the split]. My view was, this was no one's business in the end – at least in matters of the heart," he says.
Despite the intense attention to the couple, Brad Pitt says he and Jennifer Aniston did their best to ignore the frenzy, which in other way sound nice.
Earlier reports have claimed that Jennifer Aniston will spend at least some time in Southern Missouri with Pitt's parents (Bill and Jane Pitt) as they all still get along. Not included in the guest list will be Angelina, Brad Pitt and the couple's four children.
It seems apparent that Jen would prefer to be left out of the mess that is - 'Brangelina'.
 Pitt, who now has four children with Angelina Jolie: "Those questions had to be answered before an attraction to Angie could be answered." Relationship begins with Jolie, 32, Pitt, 43, recalls fondly their time together when he was in Canada filming The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, which recently debuted at the Venice Film Festival.
In another news it was reported that Brad has been reaching out to Jennifer Aniston for many months, but it's not for personal reasons.
According to the report Brad is trying to get Jennifer Aniston to work on him with a film he's making.the movie is "The Private Lives of Pippa Lee," and the film already has Robin Wright Penn, Winona Ryder and Julianne Moore signed on, according to IMDb. But the film would be a guaranteed hit if Jennifer signed on with Brad producing. The buzz alone would send moviegoers out to see the film.
But if Angelina has anything to say about it, there will be no Jennifer Aniston involved. It was reported, Angelina simply will not stand for Brad "including Jen in their lives." |
