Michael Jackson: Rumours surface regarding Autopsy photo
New rumours surfaced on Wednesday regarding a photo of Michael Jackson's body, on the autopsy table.
Apparently, the photo has been leaked and a 'prominent restaurant owner' in Los Angeles is alleged to have a high-resolution copy of what is evidently a 'photo from the Jackson autopsy.'
The restaurant owner has allegedly shown the photo that is on his Blackberry, to a handful of TV executives. He also has told one of them that he obtained the photo from a 'high-ranking police friend.'
According to reports, one of the two TV execs who described the picture, claimed that it was 'not a cell phone picture. The quality was far too good.'
It allegedly only shows the late star's head from the left side.
The description of the photo matches many of the reports that surfaced earlier this year while the autopsy was being conducted, including that Jackson's face had no make up on it and the front half of his skull was shaved.
Previous reports in the U.K. press suggested Jackson was actually partially bald under a wig he wore, in part the result of severe burns he received while shooting a Pepsi ad in the 1980s.
Jackson also had a scar on his face, which was reportedly visible in the alleged photo.
On contacting the restaurant owner about the photo, he allegedly replied with the text message, "Thnk u, but at this time I'm not interested."
According to L.A. Chief Coroner Ed Winter's opinion, there cannot be any photo 'floating around' from the official autopsy report. The photos are under 'lock and key,' separate from the autopsy report.
Winter added that he had seen two unrelated photos of Jackson's body, one of the pop star lying down "somewhere" and another of him supposedly in a casket. His opinion is that both images are computer-generated.
