Kanye West: Dismisses report of death
Singer Kanye West himself has put water to all speculations that centered on his death
Contrary to reports that spread online on Tuesday, the outspoken rapper is not dead. According to the source Kanye West became the victim of a hoax that began on a fraudulent website that resembled a Fox News story reporting that he had died in a "bizarre car crash in Los Angeles."
Kany West's model-girlfriend Amber Rose responded on her Twitter page, stating that the rumor of his death was "NOT TRUE." The rumor was especially popular on Twitter, and "RIP Kanye West" actually became a trending topic at one point. Rose further added, "This 'RIP Kanye West' topic is not funny. He has people like myself and his family that love him very much."
He released his debut album titled The College Dropout in 2004, his second album Late Registration in 2005, his third album Graduation in 2007, and his fourth album 808s & Heartbreak in 2008. His first three albums have received numerous awards and critical acclaim. All have been very commercially successful, with 808s & Heartbreak becoming his third consecutive #1 album in the U.S. upon release. West also runs his own record label GOOD Music
