Bethenny Frankel, the star of "The Real Housewives of New York City", is planning to get married.

The 38 year old star, who is leaving single life, got engaged to her boyfriend Jason Hoppy. She confirmed that she accepted the handsome Hoppy's proposal on October 8 after an 11-month courtship.

The 38 year old Jason Hoppy, a real estate worker, met Bethenny Frankel in December 2008 at Manhattan nightclub called Tenjune.

One day, Hoppy spread rose petals throughout Frankel's upper East Side apartment. He got down on one knee in front of Frankel and told her, "You are the love of my life. Will you marry me?" Hoppy then presented Frankel with an 8-carat sparkler a 6.5-carat pear-shaped center stone surrounded by two side stones.

Frankel told People, "It feels great, because I’m with the right person".

The couple have not set a wedding date yet.
