George Clooney: Speaks about 'the secret of fitness'

George Clooney has three movies to promote at the London Film Festival and he held a press conference for 'The Men Who Stare At Goats' where Clooney has been joking about the way he manages his good health and looks.

When asked by The Mirror how he stays looking fit and healthy, the 48-year-old said: "A lot of alcohol and of course the drugs."
 
'The Men Who Stare At Goats' is about a reporter in Iraq who may just have found the story of a lifetime when he meets Lyn Cassady, played by Clooney. Lyn is a guy who claims to be a former member of the U.S. Army's First Earth Battalion, a unit that employs paranormal powers in their missions.

The film premiers in UK in November.
 
Alongside George, the film stars Kevin Spacey, Jeff Bridges and Ewan McGregor who George says to be a 'great actor'.

George is also at the LFF to promote his other movies 'Fantastic Mr Fox' and 'Up In The Air'.
