Liam Neeson: In "The Next Three Days" thriller
Actor Liam Neeson has signed on to star in "The Next Three Days", a thriller directed by Paul Haggis. He will co-star opposite Russell Crowe and Elizabeth Banks in the new thriller.
The project revolves around a woman who gets thrown in a prison for a murder, which she claims she didn't commit. Her husband, a college professor, decides to break her out.
Neeson will play the role of a man who escaped from prison several times and gives advice to the professor.
The film is now shooting in the Pittsburgh area. It is scheduled to wrap up on 12th December.
Liam Neeson is best known for playing several charectors based on real people, including Oskar Schindler, Michael Collins, Alfred Kinsey.
The 57 year old Neeson is set to play U.S. President Abraham Lincoln in a 2011 Steven Spielberg-directed biographical film based on the book "Team of Rivals" by Doris Kearns Goodwin.
