 Zooey Deschanel: Gets married to Ben Gibbard
Zooey Deschanel finally marries Death Cab for Cutie star Ben Gibbard, reports suggest.
The couple tied the knot near Seattle, Washington on Saturday.
The The 500 Days of Summer star and Gibbard got engaged over the holidays last December. The pair had been dating for over a year before their engagement.
This Saturday, Chris Walla, a bandmate of Gibbard wrote on Twitter- "Wedding day!! So excited," but made no mention of Gibbard and Deschanel as the 'lucky pair'.
Deschanel has entered the music world with her band She & Him.
Gibbard is making his way into Hollywood. Death Cab’s "Meet Me on the Equinox" is the lead single from the "New Moon" soundtrack.
He makes his acting debut in John Krasinski’s "Brief Interviews With Hideous Men," taht is due in theaters on Friday.
