George Clooney: In Venice for premiere of 'Goats' movie

George Clooney arrived in Venice on Monday night along with his new love, Italian showgirl Elisabetta Canalis.

The 48 year old American actor and director has come to Venice to appear at the Venice Film Festival for the premiere of his new movie "The Men Who Stare at Goats".

Grant Heslov has directed the movie. The movie will be released on November 6 in USA.

The story is about a secret unit within the US Army called the First Earth Battalion, whose paranormal military ideas mutated over the decades to influence interrogation techniques at Guantanamo Bay.

Other stars include Ewan McGregor, Kevin Spacey, Jeff Bridges, Rebecca Mader.
