This time, Lindsay Lohan has made an impression at the Inglourious Basterds premiere, by something else rather than the fancy frock she'd donned for the occasion.

She sparked rumours she's had a 'lip job' when she rocked up to last night's bash with a plumper smile than usual.

The blonde had recently swapped her fiery locks for the platinum shade. She seems to have added a pair of bee-stung lips to her makeover list as she attempts to get her acting career back on track.

Now that she is no longer making headlines for her relationship with ex, DJ Samantha Ronson, maybe Lindsay needed a new  reason to attract attention.

Lohan is currently in filming new movie Machete.
