 Mischa Barton: Health shows sign of improvement
British-American actress Mischa Barton, who was kept in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's psychiatric department, is improving and planning a return to work very soon.
Barton's representative, Craig Schneider, said that the 23 year old actress is still seeking treatment but making improvements.
Schneider did not elaborate on Barton's condition, but said on Tuesday that Barton planned to report to work on the new CW series "The Beautiful Life" later this month. A spokesman from CW for the show said that production was pushed back from July 22 to July 31, but not because of Barton. The show will go on, it may leave Barton behind.
Barton plays a supermodel struggling to stay on top of her game in the face of fierce competition.
According to Police report, they removed Barton from her home last Wednesday for an undisclosed medical problem. The department declined to say what it was.
