Zooey Deschanel: Joins the cast of "Your Highness"

Zooey Deschanel, the star of "Gigantic" and "500 Days of Summer", is set to join the cast of the comedy movie "Your Highness".

The story of the movie is written by Ben Best and Danny McBride.

The story of the fantasy movie centers on an arrogant, lazy prince (McBride) and his more heroic brother (James Franco) who must complete a quest in order to save their father's kingdom.

Deschanel will play the role of Belladonna, virginal bride of Franco's character.

Natalie Portman is playing the role of McBride's love interest, a warrior princess.

David Gordon Green is directing the movie. They began shooting this month in Northern Ireland. It will be released on 2011.

Zooey Deschanel played the role of Summer Finn in "500 Days of Summer", which will be released on July 17, 2009 in USA.
