Jenna Fischer: Engaged to writer

Jenna Fischer, who is best known for playing Pam Beesly on the NBC sitcom "The Office", got engaged to writer Lee Kirk, her beau of about a year. They got engaged on June 30 while both were vacationing in Europe.

The actress Jenna Fischer, 35, and Lee Kirk, 37, have been dating since January of last year but they only stepped out publicly for the first time at the Emmy Awards in September 2008. At the time, Fischer introduced Kirk as "my super-cute boyfriend".

This is the first marriage for Kirk, but second marriage for Fischer.

Fischer was previously married to director James Gunn. She got married to filmmaker James Gunn on October 7, 2000. On September 5, 2007, Fischer and Gunn announced they were separating after nearly seven years of marriage.
