Katherine Heigl: Switches to romantic drama- "Life as We Know It"
Katherine Heigl can't seem to stay away from one genre, which is the one with all hearts and flowers! She has always been on the hunt for Mr. Right, be it “Knocked Up,” “The Ugly Truth,” or “Five Killers.” It is not otherwise in her latest project, except that it takes a turn towards dramatic and away from the raunchy comedy.
Heigl's rep confirms that the film is about two single adults who come together as caregivers to the orphaned daughter of their mutual best friends who die in a car accident.
Perhaps, love will spring from the sad situation!
The film was scripted by Ian Deitchman and Kristen Rusk Robinson, and is to be directed by Greg Berlanti, sounds rich with dramatic possibility. But the most interesting thing about the film is- the actress is coproducing the film with her mother, Nancy.
