David Carradine: Family upset over actor's body photo
The family of late David Carradine said that they are "profoundly disturbed" by the photos published in Thailand, which shows Carradine's naked body hanging in his Bangkok hotel room. Mark Geragos, the attorney of the actor's family said this.
The actor's half-brother, actor Keith Carradine, threatened legal action against people or media outlets that publish the photos "for invasion of privacy and causing severe emotional distress".
Keith Carradine has also called on the FBI to intervene in the investigation.
Last Thursday, David Carradine's body was discovered in a Bangkok hotel room. Thai police said that he was found naked in a wardrobe with a cord around his neck.
While Thai police suggested suicide, his family members believe that there are suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
The actor's family has also hired a forensics pathologist to examine the actor's body when it is returned to the United States.
Results of the autopsy in Thailand are not expected for at least three weeks.
David Carradine was in Bangkok to shoot his latest movie, "Stretch". He was best known for his work in the 1970s television series "Kung Fu" and more recently in the movie "Kill Bill".
