Susan Boyle: Reported to be worried about career
The biggest concern of talent show contestant Susan Boyle after being admitted to a London clinic due to anxiety and exhaustion is to know where her career is heading forth. Her brother has told this to the media reporters.
Sources have thrown light on this news of Susan Boyle. According to them this forty eight year old Scottish singer was defeated in the final of "Britain's Got Talent" TV contest on Saturday after becoming a global Internet sensation. After securing second place in the contest the doctors were called at her London hotel who later suggested that she should go to a clinic for rest.
The singer's brother Gerry Boyle told a US television morning news program that aired on Tuesday that Boyle was anxious about her singing career.
He continued, "Would you believe her biggest worry after Saturday night is that where does her career go from here? Will she be still accepted? " "She didn't win the competition. Will people still want to hear her sing?"
He said that health of Susan Boyle seemed to be improving and that she was anxious to return to her home in the small town of Blackburn, Scotland.
He further said, "Susan seems to be coming back to her old ways," "She's fine. She's anxious to come home, and she's sounding a bit more like herself."
The future of Susan Boyle has been seen quite secure despite coming second. "Britain's Got Talent" creator Simon Cowell and his Syco music label were widely expected to sign her up for an album.
Starved of oxygen at birth which caused minor brain damage, Boyle has been pursued by the world's press since early April when she sang "I Dreamed a Dream" from "Les Miserables. She broke down in tears repeatedly ahead of the final.
Gerry Boyle said that his sister did not blame the media for exploiting her and said that she simply wanted to return home for a few days.
He said, "You know, be reunited with the now world-famous Pebbles cat, have a good cup of Scottish tea," "Let's face it, Susan seven weeks ago was just a lady from Scotland."
It is also reported that after returning to Scotland she could consider any offers and where her career will go. |
