 Rob Lowe: Former nanny dismiss lawsuits
An attorney for Rob Lowe said that contending lawsuits between the actor and a former nanny have been dismissed.
On Tuesday Larry Stein has brought out the confirmation of the news that the cases involving Jessica Gibson have been dismissed. He did not provide any further details.
Gibson was a nanny for Lowe's children. Forty five year old "Brothers and Sisters" actor Rob issued a defamation lawsuit in April 2008. He claimed that she demanded 1.5 million dollars in order to remain silent about sexual abuse allegations that were later included in her counter suit.
According to Gibson, Rob Lowe touched her inappropriately quite a number of times between September 2005 and January 2008.
A lawsuit that was filed against another former nanny remains active.
Gibson's attorney did not immediately return an e-mail where comment was being sought.
