 Cindy Crawford: Husband sued for sexual harassment
Rande Gerber , the husband of supermodel Cindy Crawford , is one of numerous people and companies which have been named in a lawsuit by two women suing for sexual harassment.
Sources have thrown light on this news of Cindy Crawford. According to them , the plaintiffs, who claimed to be former workers for Gerber Bars and Gerber Entities, alleged in their lawsuit that they were "subjected to quid pro quo sexual harassment at the hands of their supervisors... and a sexually hostile work environment."
In the lawsuit that was filed in San Diego some time during the last month and obtained by a popular news magazine, the women claimed that their work environment became "abusive" due to the alleged sexual harassment.
The women claimed that they complained to the Gerber Group's human resources. However the department "continually refused to acknowledge that such practices were occurring at the Gerber bars."
On Friday afternoon, a representative for Gerber said that the allegations were "baseless."
A spokesperson for the businessman told another news magazine, "These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless," "This lawsuit has no merit." |
