Tinchy Stryder: Grabs number one With 'Number 1'
British grime music artist, Tinchy Stryder, is celebrating his first UK number one with the appropriately named song Number 1.
A spokesperson for the Official UK Charts Company said that never before had a No 1 single featured the words "Number 1" in the title.
It is Ghanaian born Tinchy Stryder's biggest hit so far.
La Roux remained at number two spot in the singles chart with their song "In For The Kill".
Calvin Harris, who was at No. 1 last week, slipped down to No 3.
Lady GaGa's "Poker Face" dropped from three to four, but her album "The Fame" held onto top spot in that chart for a fourth week.
Rapper Eminem reached to number five from eight in the singles chart with his track "We Made You".
And there was a new entry for 80's electronic legends Depeche Mode, who grabbed the No.2 position into the album chart with "Sounds of the Universe".
