 Michelle Obama: Gets offers from Alec Baldwin's '30 Rock'
US first lady Michelle Obama has captured limelight of media due to varied reasons. Latest one is that she has got an open invitation to appear on NBC channel's "30 Rock."
Briefing the reporters of a popular news channel, Alec Baldwin added, "I would like Michelle Obama on '30 Rock,'" "The President is on TV every day, all day. So we want to get something different."
If Mrs. Obama would accept then offer, she would join a long line of celebrity guests to appear on the NBC sitcom. These include Jennifer Aniston, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Martin, Jerry Seinfeld, Salma Hayek and former Vice President Al Gore.
After an on-screen romance with a nurse, which is played by Salma Hayek, the possibility is there Alec's character, Jack Donaghymight aspire to go after a woman in a higher position of power.
Alec cracked a joke and said, “I think my character falls in love with Michelle Obama, of course,". "You know, if it doesn't work out with Barack..."
