Ethan Coen: Reaches Atlantic with 'Offices'
Four-time Oscar winning filmmaker Ethan Coen is returning to Atlantic Theater with "Offices". It's a new collection of one-act comedy plays.
The Academy Award winner F. Murray Abraham will be in leading role. The other casts include John Bedford Lloyd and Mary McCann.
Ethan Coen scored a success last season at the Atlantic with "Almost an Evening", another trio of one acts. He said, "It was a good experience, so I'm going to try and repeat it".
"Offices," is scheduled to open on May 7 with preview performances beginning April 15.
The director Neil Pepe will direct "Offices", which takes place in offices or places of business, with previews beginning on April 15 and a May 7 opening, with a limited engagement scheduled to end on May 31.
Ethan Coen, With his brother, Joel Coen, has made many hit movies including "No Country for Old Men" and "Fargo", as well as "Raising Arizona", "Barton Fink" and "The Hudsucker Proxy".
