 Natasha Richardson: Buried in New York
Family members, friends and colleagues paid their last respects to Tony winning actress Natasha Richardson at a funeral service in St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Millbrook, New York on Sunday afternoon.
The 45 year old actress passed away on March 18 after suffering a traumatic brain injury while skiing in Montreal, Canada.
Natasha Richardson's husband Liam Neeson arrived with their two sons Micheal, 13, Daniel, 12, Richardson's mother Vanessa Redgrave and sister Joely Richardson at the funeral.
A private wake for the late star was held on Friday at the American Irish Historical Society and attended by Liam with their sons, Michael and Daniel, as well as Vanessa Redgrave and friends including Mike Nichols, Diane Sawyer, Matthew Modine, Ralph Fiennes and Uma Thurman.
Broadway theatre personalities paid their tribute to the actress on March 19 by dimming the lights of theatreland for a minute.
