Jade Goody: To publish cancer fight diary
Cancer-stricken British television star Jade Goody has planned to publish a diary of her dying days. On Tuesday her publishers have made the announcement.
Sources have thrown more light on this news on Jade Goody. According to them, this twenty seven year old actress has given permission to the magazines and television crew members to cover her plight in return for money that she said that it will secure the future of her two sons. In fact the book titled "Forever in My Heart" is a "love letter" to the five- and four-year-old boys.
"This is Jade in her own words," added Belinda Budge, the managing director of the publishing house HarperNon-Fiction.
Belinda continued, "It is impossible not to be moved by her heart-warming voice which comes through loud and clear on every page of this last diary.” "This emotional book tells a fascinating story of our time, a story of a woman who rose to fame as a controversial reality television star and has now won admiration in the eyes of many for the fortitude with which she is facing terminal cancer."
A percentage of the profits will also go to a cancer charity.
The ex-dental nurse from south London found fame on the "Big Brother" reality television show in 2002, and has been in the public eye ever since.
On "Celebrity Big Brother" in the year 2007, she sparked a major row in Britain and India when she was accused of racist bullying of Bollywood actress and fellow contestant Shilpa Shetty.
But her fight with cancer has won the hearts of the British public.
Jade Goody has now left hospital to spend her last days at home. According to a spokesperson she had spent most of Tuesday sleeping, drifting in and out of consciousness.
