Penelope Cruz: Brings Broken Embraces and Oscar to Spain

Penelope Cruz, the Oscar wilnning actress has held on to her best friend and director Pedro Almodovar at a screening of their latest collaboration, Broken Embraces at Barcelona.

Sorces have thrownmore light on this news on Penelope Cruz. According to them, the inseparable duo, along with some of other stars of the forthcoming film, have already started promoting the movie in Spain, though the film is not going to hit at the theaters stateside till the month of November.

With her winning of Oscar fresh on everyone's mind, Penelope has been initiating lots of questions about her new little gold man.

In a recent interview Penelope spoke of its whereabouts by saying, "the Oscar has come with me to Spain, and I am going to leave it here. For now, I have no idea what this award is going to mean for me." Although Penelope sounds modest her own country must be happy to have their Academy darling and her statue back home.
