Sharon Osbourne: Sued over 'Charm School' scuffle

Sharon Osbourne is going through a tough time. A former contestant on Sharon Osbourne’s "Rock of Love Charm School" has sued over a dispute with Osbourne during an episode of the VH1 show.

Details about this news on Sharon Osbourne have been inferred from quite a number of sources. According to them, Megan Hauserman's suit has been filed on Monday in Los Angeles thereby claiming battery, carelessness and deliberate infliction of emotional distress. She has sought a jury trial and disciplinary damages.

The incident that occurred in the month of December could be seen on VH1's website billed as "Sharon and Megan's big fight." In the video, the women exchange insults, Osbourne pours a drink on Hauserman and then the two are surrounded by a rush of people.

The suit claims that Osbourne hits Hauserman, pulled her hair and scratched her.

During an interview Warren J. Binder, Hauserman added, "It's pretty hard to deny what happened on the video."

However the publicists of  Osbourne  were not available for comments.
