Sean Penn: To star in Valerie Plame film

Sean Penn who has won Best Actor Oscar award is set to take on another film titled Fair Game, whose story centered on ousted CIA agent, Valerie Plame, who was exposed by members of the government. Seannie would play Ambassador James Wilson, Valerie Plame's husband.

Wilson wrote a number of op-ed articles that helped in exposing the Bush administration's assertion that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. Some said that the Bush Administration revealed Plame's secret identity in retaliation for her husband's exposés.

Doug Liman, who gained popularity for popular films like Mr. & Mrs. Smith, The Bourne Identity, is set to direct and Naomi Watts is set to star as Valerie Plame.
