The ex-Spice Girl Melanie Chisolm gave birth to her first child, 8lb., 3oz. Scarlett Starr on 23rd February. Sporty Spice Melanie Chisolm and her boyfriend of over six years are quite delighted to be able to welcome such a beautiful child.

Born on 12 January 1974, Whiston, Merseyside, Melanie Chisholm is an English singer-songwriter and television personality and is  best known as one of the five members of the pop group Spice Girls, in which she was nicknamed "Sporty Spice". As a solo artist she has released 4 musical albums, using the name Melanie C, and was nominated for a BRIT and ECHO Awards and charted at the top of Billboard Dance Chart in US during late 2000.
