 All the concerned authorities have charged the host Gary Collins for drunken driving.
Sources have thrown light on the news of Gary Collins. According to them, Gary, the actor and former television host, has two previous drunken driving convictions, and he could face imprisonment up to one hundred and twenty days if convicted.
On 31st January the California Highway patrol has arrested Collins on suspicion of driving a motor home while drunk.
The authorities have gauged his blood alcohol content as .29, that is over 3 times the .08 level at which a person is presumed impaired. Lee Carter, Santa Barbara senior deputy district attorney has made this comment.
Seventy year old Gary is a former host of the Miss America Pageant and has made appearance in several episodes of television series such as "The Young and the Restless" and "JAG."
However Gilbert Gaynor, his lawyer, declined to make any comment on charges that are being filed.
