"The Da Vinci Code" author Dan Brown has completed a new book that is based on the fictional Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon. On Thursday the famous television show "Entertainment Tonight" has brought out the report.
More details on this news on Dan Brown have been inferred from varied sources. As per their records, film director Ron Howard, who made the 2006 film adaptation of "The Da Vinci Code" with Tom Hanks portraying the central role of Langdon, confessed to the "Entertainment Tonight" that the latest work of the author features the same character of Langdon. However details were not being disclosed.
Other media outlets have published the report that Dan’s forthcoming book has the working title "The Solomon Key,”. It is based on Washington, D.C. and also centers on the Freemasons.
A spokesperson for Doubleday, Brown's publisher and a unit of Bertelsmann AG, however has refused to say anything regarding the matter.
On Thursday Howard has disclosed the news on Brown's latest book in Geneva on the set of "Angels and Demons." It is another movie that is based on a Brown novel featuring Hanks in the role of Langdon. The film is scheduled to come on theatres on 15th May.
Howard said that he has not read Brown's latest work but looks forward to it.
