At last Joe Francis could get a moment of relaxation. A federal judge gave the order that Joe Francis can roam a little farther.
Sources have thrown more light on the news of Joe Francis. According to them, on Wednesday U.S. District Judge S. James Otero has put an end to the house arrest order of the "Girls Gone Wild" creator. However he was being restrained from traveling to seven counties in Southern California.
Joe Francis was imprisoned overnight earlier this month and placed on house arrest after he missed a hearing. Francis said that he was ill and called his absence a "miscommunication."
The prosecutors wanted Otero to revoke Francis' bail or at least continue his house arrest.
As per court records Otero also ordered that Francis could not go to the airports or other transportation hubs that allow travel outside of the U.S.
On Wednesday Francis' trial on tax evasion charges was also delayed and is now scheduled to be held in the month of July. |
