Actress Jennifer Aniston turns the big "four 0" and celebrated her 40th birthday Saturday night with a slew of A-list friends, including boyfriend John Mayer.

Jen hosted the party at her Beverly Hills home, where she reportedly danced and "huddled close" with John throughout the evening.

"She looked hot, and she and John looked really happy", a source informed.

Jennifer Aniston's guests reportedly included Oprah Winfrey, Sheryl Crow, David Arquette and wife Courteney Cox, Tobey Maguire and wife Jen Meyer, Laura Dern, and Tom Hanks & Rita Wilson.

This b'day party was said to last well past 2 AM.

Aniston was even lucky enough to have the police kick the prowling paparazzi out of the neighborhood... which might be the best birthday present a celeb could ever ask for!
