Less than four months after walking out of jail, where he served nearly five months for a DUI crash that left his passenger permanently disabled, Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Hogan has been given a special business-only driver's permission thereby allowing him to drive back and forth from work.
It is also reported that eighteen year old's driver's license has been suspended till 2011 as part of his punishment for the accident that occurred in the year 2007.
Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles spokeswoman Ann Nucatola added that Hulk Hogan’s son got the privilege for which his lawyers had been arguing for long. It is also said that the privilege will be granted so long as he follows the restrictions to the letter.
Hogan was released Oct. 21 from a Pinellas County jail after serving one hundred and sixty six days of an 8-month old sentence. He also faced probation for 5 years and 500 hours of community serve and had his license revoked for 3 years after pleading no contest to felony reckless driving.
