Johnny Depp's 4th Pirate of the Carribean movie
The star, who recently admitted that he will miss playing the role of eccentric pirate Jack Sparrow, admitted that it might not be curtains for the fantasy adventure just yet.
He said: "As long as you're doing it for the right reasons, why not? If we came up with a story where we could explore something absurd or funny or totally insane."
The 43-year-old actor's portrayal of Sparrow has been credited with much of the franchise's popularity.
And with Keith Richards set to star as his dad in the third instalment, At World's End, fans are expecting double the comedy.
At World's End is out in UK cinemas on May 25.
