 There is good news for the fans of Eva Mendes. She has topped in the website's list of the "Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2009.” The announcement was made on Wednesday.
Sources have thrown more light on the news of Eva Mendes. According to the website, over ten million votes were cast by the internet users thereby ranking Hollywood's several lovely ladies based on which stars "represent the qualities of the ideal girlfriend or wife".
"Of all the qualities I find attractive in a man, paying me such a compliment tops my list. Thanks, guys!" added Eva Mendes during the hearing of the results.
Rounding out the top five were "Transformers" star Fox, models Marisa Miller and Keeley Hazell and Hathaway.
"It's awesome to be on the AskMen.com list again! I've had such an amazing year and to know that I have fans that care enough to vote and support me is really flattering," added Marisa Miller.
Other notable stars making the cut are Angelina Jolie (No.42), Halle Berry (No.13), Eva Longoria Parker (No.45) Heidi Klum (No.11), and "Gossip Girl" stars Leighton Meester (No.54) and Blake Lively (No.59).
Access' Maria Menounos has grabbed the position of No. 55 on the list. In fact she was much ahead of beautiful ladies namely Taylor Swift (No.57), Emily Blunt (No.58), Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger (No.65) and Jessica Simpson (No.70).
Britney Spears barely made the cut and got the position of No. 90. 2 times Golden Globe winner Kate Winslet rounded out the list at No. 99.
First time entries in the 2009 list are Tina Fey (No.97) and Katy Perry (No.39)
