Fifty six year old star checked into the hospital for treatment of pneumonia and has also been undergoing treatment for inoperable pancreatic cancer.
While talking to the reporters of a popular news magazine in United States Patrick Swayze added, "We don't talk about illness when I talk to him. He hasn't even been there a week!"
In the Barbara Walter's special "Patrick Swayze: The Truth," Patrick revealed that he might only have 2 years to live. Patrick underwent chemotherapy treatment during the shooting of his new show, titled "The Beast."
Regarding Patrick’s health co-star Travis Fimmel commented that he is not worried about Swayze. He continued, “I don't think it's serious at the moment. His system is very weak when you're doing chemo, so a little thing, you go in the hospital." Fimmel has hope, "He's just an amazingly strong human being." "If anybody's going to get though it, it's him."
The premiere of the film "The Beast" will take place on Thursday, January 15 on A&E. |
