Married Eva Longoria returns to the sets of 'Desperate Housewives'. On Monday, Eva Longoria touched down on the Universal Studios lot, ready to film the fourth season of Desperate Housewives free of all the publicity that surrounded the wedding of her and Tony Parker over the past three weeks. Eva Longoria made her first trip to Wysteria Lane as an actual housewife, returning to the set of Desperate Housewives for the first time since she married Tony Parker in France earlier this month. For seemingly forever, all of the headlines surrounding Eva Longoria have been about the actress' pre- and post-wedding festivities. It's almost refreshing to be reminded that Eva Longoria is an actress on a hit TV show. We kind of forgot.

Liza Anderson, the representative for Eva Longoria, spoke to E! and kind of echoed that sentiment, saying, "It was a great wedding, but it was time to get back to Desperate Housewives. I got a call from her this morning and she was already at work. She sounded so great, really upbeat. She's completely content".

Eva Longoria had a blowout wedding in Paris on July 7th and returned to Los Angeles on Sunday after spending a week on her honeymoon on Turks and Caicos, a set of Caribbean islands. Anderson spoke about the honeymoon, saying, "It was just her and Tony. They had a private villa. She's completely relaxed and rejuvenated. She had a full week alone with Tony to decompress. It was the perfect balance to gear up for season four. So she's really excited. She wasn't dreading work at all".

Will next season's premiere of Desperate Housewives open with "Eva Parker" in the opening credits? Don't get your hopes up. Eva Longoria told OK!, "It will say Eva Longoria for a while, but I love the tradition of taking the name Parker. Legally everything is changed." What about babies? E! actually says that creator Marc Cherry has banned Eva Longoria from having a baby too soon. Can he do that? Either way, Eva Longoria seems okay with it, telling OK!, "We're fine with that. We want to spend time with each other, even though we want kids very much".

The 32-year-old Eva Longoria is most well-known for playing Gabrielle Solis for the last three seasons on ABC's Desperate Housewives, but you can also catch her in Harsh Times and The Sentinel on DVD and Over My Dead Body with Paul Rudd and Jason Biggs, hitting theaters later this season.
