 Kirsten Dunst: Granted restraining order
American actress and singer Kirsten Dunst has been granted a permanent protective order against a creepy guy, who has recently trespassed at her home.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard E. Rico granted Kirsten Dunst's request and prohibited Christopher Smith, 25, from coming anywhere near the actress, her personal assistant, her residences and her places of business.
The 26 year old Kirsten Dunst did not appear in the court during Monday's hearing. The request of the actress was granted without her attorney or witnesses having to make arguments.
The order was handed down without contest because Smith also did not attend the hearing and never responded to a temporary restraining order Dunst received in November.
Kirsten Dunst, who has worked in three "Spider-Man" films, initially went to Judge Richard E. Rico after Smith's trip to her house, where he allegedly displayed "aggressive" and "harassing" behavior and claimed the two had "some sort of spiritual connection" despite never meeting. He was arrested by Dunst's assistant at the time. |
