 Amy Poehler: Leaves SNL
Amy Poehler, the famous actress, has officially declared that she is going to leave the program ‘Saturday Night Live’ over the weekend.
While making the announcement of leaving the show from her anchor desk of "Weekend Update" Amy Poehler continued, "This is my last show". "Being able to do over 140 shows with my friends and my family has been a dream come true.
Referring the audiences Amy said, "I love you," "and I will miss all of you very much."
However she is not going to stay away from the small screen for a long period of time.
The star, who welcomed son Archie with husband Will Arnett in the month of October, signed on for an NBC show from The Office's executive producer, is scheduled to be aired sometime during next year.
In the month of September, Amy Poehler, who scored laughs as Hillary Clinton and Katie Couric on SNL this season, first declared plans to leave SNL program.
