The former Beverly Hills 90210 actress Tori Spelling recently blogged on her myspace page that she has been ordained as a minister and performed a same-sex wedding. This 34-year-old actress, who married to Toronto-born Dean McDermott, said she performed a service for gay couple Tony and Dex at Chateau La Rue, the rented inn featured in her reality show Tori and Dean: Inn Love. Tori revealed on her MySpace page: "I am now officially ordained! "Yep, that's right - Reverend Tori Spelling! I did it last week online and my official certificate is in the mail." "I was so honoured when the couple asked me to officiate. We did it on the front steps of the Chateau as 40 of their friends looked on seated in a lounge-like atmosphere. It was so beautiful as I united Tony and Dex as life partners in love." Tori said: "I was beyond nervous. I've done live theatre and presented at the Emmys but this was by far my scariest moment simply because they had bestowed such an honour upon me and I didn't want to let them down. "Love is pure and true, love knows no gender. I've found it, Tony and Dex have found it, and I wish love to all that seek it. Don't ever let anyone tell you who to love. Only our hearts can dictate that."
